Pleasant stay after a long day traveling with work.Not your standard Best Western hotel, this place looked impressive as you pulled up through the entrance driveway and continued when I got to my room.The dinner (from the bar) was delicious and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.Will definitely be staying here again.
Nice hotel, polite staff, excellent food choices with restaurant and adjoining pub. Very clean. Nice spa facilities too.
I arrived early for a meeting and sat in a very quiet corner of the hotel. I had set up my laptop and was working away. I wanted a cuppa, realised that I would need to pack up all my belongings to order a cup of coffee from reception, so I decided to catch the attention of a passing member of staff to see if he could help. All I can state is that Charlie is amazing. He is helpful, friendly and nothing is any hassle. Before I could snap my fingers, I had a cup of coffee and some biscuits. He is an absolute gem and the service is incredible. Thank You Charlie at Orton Hall for such great service and attitude. A true gem!!!!
Had a lovely time at the spa. Staff very attentive as usual. Lovely new loungers in the quiet area. Can't wait to go back
When I came here for my wedding the staff were very friendly and the rooms were comfortable.Food here was lovely a good selection as it was buffet and a restaurant that I went to many times.The swimming pools were warm and very nice too swim in with a juccusi, sauna and steam room followed on with a children's/baby pool as well.I have to say my visit here was very nice and I certainly enjoyed my wedding here with my husband.
