The hotel is OK if you get a good room. I've been in cold room with no power outlets. The real annoyance in this place is that the printer or IT system is constantly not working and so getting documentation on check out is difficult. They promise to email it to you but the couple of times it's happened I've had to call up/email 3+ times to get it sorted. Meaning I miss expenses deadlines in work.
Really needs an good clean. Curtains hanging from windows. Carpets dirty. The staff are very polite and friendly.
Was a place to stay whilst shopping.. is a good location to shops.. down side smelt a bit plus could hear other guests.
A good stay overall. Reception staff friendly and helpful and room clean and comfortable. Room facing road, so slightly noisy at night, particularly as stayed during warm weather so needed windows open as no fan. Would definitely stay again.
Nice hotel. a little dated, very good location. Shower is difficult to adjust the temperature, I think a shower cubicle would be better rather than a shower over the bath. Lovely staff very helpful. I would use this hotel again as I have family in Peterborough, but would prefer a room with a shower cubicle as I am in my 70s and find it rather difficult hopping over the bath. All in all a very nice 2 night stay.
