Modern and comfortable rooms with a good restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's not in the centre of town but it's next to a retail park, several restaurants and a shopping centre.
Another great premier Inn with big TV's in the rooms and power sockets by the beds. Clean and tidy with friendly staff. The only negative is the amount of doors and their locations along the corridors. Opening two adjacent doors when you have a couple of bags of luggage is no fun.
My family & myself had an a very enjoyable stay at Premier Inn at Hampton. The staff were very polite & helpful, the rooms were very clean & comfortable & the breakfasts were excellent also. We use Premier Inns in different places & have never had any problems.
It's been about 5 years since I last stayed at this Premier Inn and what a change. Walking in the first thing I noticed was the new modern reception. The old wooden one which stretched across the reception has been replaced with a modern console and the receptionist was lovely and helpful smiling despite being there until 11pm. Rooms have had a total revamp with new card entry locks replacing the shabby often non working ones. A really nice room with lovely bathroom and such a comfortable bed, i had such a good nights sleep. Only there for one night this visit I will definitely stay there next time I'm in Peterborough. Well done Premier Inn.
It is a nice place to stay in Peterborough. Location is really good since you have TESCO close by and also lot of fast food outlets. The pathway to your room is narrow, but still it's pretty bit manageable. There's no air conditioning so could be a trouble if you're in on a sunny day. But they do provide a pedestal fan. Also the staff is very courteous. The food is above average and can be made a little better. Overall a good experience.q
