RANK AMATEURS.Half a day wasted travelling 200 miles (round trip) to meet this bunch of clowns at a property for a pre-booked viewing. Nobody there to greet me so now I am a little irked. Phoned their Office to be passed onto another Office, neither of which were any help and then finally passed to yet another office who DID know something about my appointment. What they knew was that there was no-one available to give the viewing and there was nobody at home to let me in and show me. Are You kidding ? This is 2017 and an Estate Agent still can't get the very bare-boned basics together ? Thanks UN-Smart Move, crash and burn !
