have been using for yrs. but last yr mr Gillespie retired, head vet. is damn rude. Caroline i think hr name is. prices hiked high. n nowhere as clean as it was. considering changing to another vets. vet wont listen wen ur stating whats wrong. she just cuts u dead.also bangs on about we do this and that now. not in it for the job.... money seems to be more important. never even spoke to my dog. supposed to help animals relaxed surely...
