We had the very unfortunate situation of having to say goodbye to our elderly dog who was so much part of our family. We had to do this last Sunday morning and the vet and receptionist were absolutely brilliant. Their mix of true compassion and professionalism was outstanding and made such a heartbreaking visit manageable.
