Reception staff are friendly, it's lovely and clean, the vets that I have met so far are always very lovely and show great empathy towards my dogs, the prices are reasonable too.

Large open waiting area and very helpful staff made this an easier experience than other places I have used in the past. Also interesting to watch the dogs getting groomed (in a secure room with a glass wall) while you are waiting.
When my dog needed them, they were the kindest people and never promised me anything that wasn't so. Truly recommend it and will go back once I have another dog. Recommend it!
