So went in to look at a car...Met Sonny who was awesome, absolutely superb customer service with a no pressure approach.Said to me to have a look around at cars which I did as he pulled one out the front for me to have a look at, to save my partner and young son front the cold outside which was above and beyond. 100% transparency as well... No false promises, no attempt and me buying something not needed.Quick, efficient and felt like they were on my side to get the best car at great value. If I ever need another car I'm coming back!
Sonny and the team were extremely helpful with my new purchase of their techhouse grey fiat 500, didnt push me at all like many dealers do and gave me it at a very good price. Will definitely be returning and would thoroughly recommend to anyone
9300 on a car, the day i pick it up the glow plug fails. less than a year later, another glow plug fails, inter cooler leaks, thermostat breaks, header tank and cap replaced, constantly goes into limp mode and now losing coolant internally somewhere, believed to be the fuel system. I have never had so many faults with a car. Sales team and service were polite and helpful, sadly the worst VW Golf i have ever owned and probably why the last person got rid of it. Still not fixed and the problems are mounting
