Purchased a used car from this company dealt with Simon ( guess one of the owners ). Sadly our car purchase experience wasn't good and I'd go as far as saying probably one of the worst I've had. On inspection of the car there were a few issues which we highlighted to Simon, these ranged from dirty marks on the headliner, keyfob batteries that needed replacing, general light scratches all over the car, 10 miles left in the tank and different size tyres on the front compared to the rear. Asking Simon if he would change the front tyres to match the rear he replied he would but would stick budget tyres on ( not what you would expect to hear ) so we decided to leave them on and sort out ourselves. After leaving a deposit on the car we thought a week should be enough time to get the minor issues sorted. One week later after paying in full we arrived to collect the car only to find the dirty marks on the headliner were still there, the keyfob batteries hadn't been changed and it looks like he had put 2 of fuel in now showing 28 miles in the tank lucky for us there was a Tesco petrol station nearby. I understand we were buying a used car but these minor issues are easily fixed and anyone wanting to put a smile on a customer's face would have rectified them. 1 Star is probably very generous on my part Simon left a very bitter taste in my mouth. He comes over as a nice person but please don't be fooled by this. He just wants to close the deal get your money and get you gone. Just a little garage with no personal touch, will honestly never buy a car from here again and will never recommend to anyone and if you do end up here good luck. I've bought quite a few cars in my time from smaller garages and main dealers but by far Simon was the worst to deal with.
Very good customer service. Simon is a great salesman .We received the car 2 days after our visit, having the MOT sorted. Hassle free service, peace of mind for us for a while.This was the second car we bought from there, very happy with the first one as well.Amazing how Simon remembers details from our visit last year!
Professional and honest service from start to finish
I was served by Tim today. He gave me space to examine the car on my own, knew all about the different features and benefits and answered all my questions. I got a quick valuation for trading in my own car, which I thought fair according to my own research, did a test drive and then he had all the paperwork handy for service history, MOT etc. I bought the car and drove away the same day. Credit where its due-this was a pain-free car buying experience.
Great service, no BS. Salesman spot on, definitely recommend anyone to pop in for their next car. 5 stars and a big thumbs up from us.
