Paid for a car on Saturday 5th January, told that a couple of issues would be sorted( passenger side door handle, spare wheel and heating fan) and car would be motd and fully valeted ready for collection Sunday 13th, phoned that morning, not ready. Explained we needed for a funeral on the Wednesday, ok we will have it ready for collection first thing Wednesday. Received a message late Tuesday evening to say car wasn't ready but we could have another car for the funeral,then they would deliver my car Wednesday evening. Husband collected a car which he had to have cleaned on his way home(filthy).Sat waiting for the arrival of my car in the evening, we called, they had forgotten.... Will be there at 6pm on Thursday, 6pm came, still nothing ,phoned again to be told the workshop hadn't released it??? Eventually turned up at 10.15pm Saturday, still no door handle, when questioned , ' oh haven't they done it ,I will get one sent to you on Monday ' . Car was advertised with parking sensors but there are none.Absolutely shocking customer service, yes he was apologetic but that's not good enough when you have paid out your hard earnt money for this kind of service . Definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone or use them again.Update- still no door handle
After sales useless avoid at all costs sold me a car unfortunately on test drive clutch went so they replaced before purchasing. Driving home after sales clutch peddle fell straight to floor as clutch had not been bled proply leaving me to do this on side of the road at 8pm .. not much time after the gearbox had drops out from car due to not being bolted back up propper and dong a lot of damage when contacting these guys told me the car was sold as seen . But it wasnt the car that was faulty it was the workmen ship this place is dodgy they also moted the car god knows how it passed . After a year of fighting and being ignored by these guys it still hasnt been resolved when I last emailed them he didnt want to speak to me until I deleted my last review
I bought a new car 3 days ago and Im still waiting for a valid MOT over two days. For first time they had said that MOT will be done Friday and then they had said that MOT will be done Saturday but the car will be able to pick up in Sunday. Really good behaviour. Im not happy with their service.Edit: after 2 month .. they still owe me a second key of my car !! I reminded them three times and until now I still have no second key.
After a few bad experiences with Peterborough garages I can say Im glad I finally went to Jay at this garage. Very happy with my purchase & the service provided. Even got my car sooner than expected. Recommended. Thank you!!
Rang them to ask if they still had a certain Vectra for sale that was advertised on the net and that I was interested in. Was told 'Yes, still available. Give us a ring tomorrow before you set off to make sure it hasn't been sold'.The next day, just about to set off on an 80mile journey to view the car. I rang them, only to be told that the Vectra had gone out that day - being used as a courtesy car, and wont be back for a week.Strange how they give a car out as a courtesy car when a customer has shown a serious interest in buying itWont bother with these again..
