I cant say that this company is the worst as I have never hired a van before but I can say it is very doubtful that they could be any companies worth than this. Please read the negative reviews which have been left, which unfortunately I didnt. In my experience they are all true and take the positives with a pinch of salt. Hire starts at 10.00 am to 10am. Avoid renting on a Saturday as they close at 14.00hrs but charge you for a full day. In my case we hired for 3 days and then extended to 4 only to be told after payment had been taken that the van needed to be returned by 10am - a full day charge of almost 50 for 4 hrs. Before returning the vehicle they insist you fill up at certain garages and produce your receipt which they keep which in itself is extremely questionably.This companys policies and procedures are full of surprises which are hidden in the small print where good practice would dictate they are transparent before any payment is taken
