Definitely enjoyed my experience from these guys, and they really know and understand the customers, I feel anyone who hires from here and puts in a bad complaint, they must be from other rental companies, this is the best place I have been to, for everything, I had a fiesta from them a couple days ago, and it could not have gone smoother if you tried. Shout out to the team for been so good and legendary, best rental company, you may think this is bias but it really is not, hey don't take my word for it actually go there and hire something.
My girlfriend and I arrived on Friday without any reservation and we were looking to rent a car for 3 days without really knowing were we would end up.Russel and James were very understanding and helpful. They rented us the Renault Capture for our road trip and it was perfect.We really had a good experience from the beginning to the dop off with them.It was our first car rental experience and we will definitely rent again and recommend to others!

If I were to use one sentence to describe my customer service with Adi, it would be seamless excellence!As soon as I arrived at the branch I was greeted at the door with a smile and asked how I was before being offered assistance. I explained my circumstances to Adi and straight away he took to the task of setting up my corporate account while simultaneously setting up the hire of the vehicle I was going to be driving that day. All the while he somehow managed to maintain contact with me, talking in a friendly/bubbly manner. I couldnt believe how fast he got me in a car and on my way. I was running late to a party in London and was worried that I wasnt going to make it due to having a car accident the day before. Adi under promised and OVER delivered, ensuring that not only was I provided with a car that was perfect for me, he really listened to my concerns and knew exactly what to recommend ensuring no time was wasted. In addition to this, I ended up being on time for the event. Adi literally made it possible for me to be with my family that weekend, if it wasnt for his highly efficient and diligent customer service, this is valuable time (and memories) that I would be without.
