Started off as being good and friendly until they've taken my premium for the year and out of the grace period. Then started asking for documents that they had already seen claiming they were lost. Then decided I need to pay extra premiums or have a cancellation or void on my policy. I have full evidence as all my documents were emailed and still have them available. Only after showing them the emails did they not only agree to continue insuring me but also compensate me with 100 if I didn't let anyone know.Well am glad to say my insurance via these cowboys has now expired and under no threat and have my no claim bonus in my hand verified with my current insurer so am not left open for any more nonsense or bribery.Please be warned and avoid at all costs.
