I'm basing my review on the experience I had with Holly the vet, very kind and patient, explains things really well and is very knowledgeable, reception staff at bretton are wonderful too, very friendly and helpful.
Found a puncture type wound on my cat at the weekend. Got good advice that saved me having a pricey, emergency appointment, which meant others in greater need could go. We were seen Monday morning. Friendly, knowledgeable staff sorted her out. Always happy to use Vets 4 Pets at either St Paul's Rd, (this week) or their Bretton branch.
