Note on current advert: The fact Beaglestreet informs people that they have a 100% payout on valid claims shows they consider UK consumers to be totally thick after ALL it would be 100% on valid claims as claims that their lawyers manage to reject for the smallest reason are not valid therefore NOT included!
Unresponsive. I decided to cancel my policy because of this, and couldn't even get hold of anyone to do that!! You use the chat function and they tell you to call. You call and they tell you to email. You email and you NEVER get a response. My 4th email told them that I'd cancelled my direct debit instead, since their response time isn't even poor - it's non existent. It might be cheap but you get what you pay for. If I can't trust them to give me an answer to my query after 6 communication attempts, then I really can't trust that they'll handle any possible claim efficiently! Bubye.

Awful. After placing a claim for breast cancer, this company pulled us through the mill and wiggled its way out of paying us for our claim, leaving us with no money whilst being treated for cancer. Horrendous experience, they washed their hands of us and we submitted a formal complaint. Be aware, this company appear friendly but they do not live up to their promises and the purpose of their business which is to ensure you for critical illness.
Very good service. Easy to use and understand and the whole process was straightforward with Beagle Street phoning and writing to me just to make sure my policy was correct. Would recommend.
